Sky 3D TV Launching in AprilBy Brian - 03/20/2010 12:50:03 PM |

3D TV is a reality and apparently it has invaded Europe. Though 3D TV sets have yet to make their mark, the timing couldn’t have been better. At least that is what Sky thinks. And to jumpstart the advent of 3D TV, Sky is officially launching their 3D service this coming April.
To kick off their campaign, they will have lined up some sporting events. This includes the Manchester United vs Chelsea Barclays Premiere League match which should be a perfect event to break in people on the coming of 3D entertainment. Sky 3D is compatible with all new 3D TVs, and it even works with both “passive” and “active” 3D formats.
