Sony is expanding its line of 3LCD multi-use business projectors with the addition of three new compact models to the VPL-E series namely VPL-ES7, VPL-EX7 and VPL-EX70. The projectors deliver a range of resolution and brightness options intended for small to mid-sized presentations in meeting rooms as well as in classrooms.

The VPL-ES7 offers SVGA (800 x 600) resolution and a color light output of 2000 lumens. Whereas, both the VPL-EX7 and VPL-EX70 offers native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution and deliver 2,000 and 2,600 lumens of color light output, respectively. The brightness levels of these projectors will enable you to see clear projected images in normal room lighting.

Lana Gallucci, marketing manager for 3LCD projectors at Sony Electronics says, “These new compact projectors were specifically designed to deliver all the features required for quality presentations, while still combining ease of use and affordability”.

All the three E7 Series projectors are now available at the following suggested prices:

• VPL-ES7 2,000 lumen SVGA projector, $800
• VPL-EX7 2,000 lumen XGA projector, $940
• VPL-EX70 2,600 lumen XGA projector $1,090
