Sony VPL-EX50 Projector in Japan

Sony has announced the launch of its VPL-EX50 Projector in Japan. It features Native Resolution XGA (1024 x 768 x 3), BrightEra Inorganic 0.63-inch TFT LCD, 2,359,296 pixels, Brightness 2000 ANSI lumen and Contrast Ratio 900:1. Along with the VPL-EX50, Sony will also sell VPL-EW5 (contrast ratio 700:1), VPL-EX5 (contrast ratio 900:1) and VPL-ES5 (contrast ratio 300:1). All these projectors are compatible with NTSC3.58, PAL, SECAM, NTSC4.43, PAL-M, PAL-N and PAL60. Lots of input and output connections assure enhanced connectivity with peripherals and other devices. Equipping BrightEra Technology, they will make their space in the consumer market.
