Sony VRD-MC5 Portable DVD Player/ Writer
Sony’s latest release VRD-MC5, a successor to VRD-MC3, is the latest buzz in the town. The VRD-MC5 features a built in 2.5-inch LCD for viewing photos and operating menu settings. Not only it plays your DVD’s but it writes them as well. It is capable of transferring, converting and burning your captured videos onto a DVD disc. Sony VRD-MC5 can work with virtually any camcorder, VCR, or even a DVR but it supports greater connectivity for Sony camcorders. MC5 comes with support for AVCHD or Advanced Video Codec High Definition) a new recording format used by Sony and Panasonic and the capacity to burn Blueray as well as PS3 compatible discs sets the Player stand apart from all other players.
