Sony WHG-SLK1 iPod dock/shelf system

I’m not certain why Sony didn’t make a big formal announcment when it came to their WHG-SLK1 iPod shelf, but it certainly looks like it is worth trumpeting about.

The WHG-SLK1 has an iPod dock that is more than capable of playing video on its 9-inch screen, plus it has a built-in DVD player. It also has a USB port as well as ports for memory sticks and SD cards. There are also video in and out ports for when you want to set this up for a larger TV.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any word on a price of availability date for this product as yet.
