Sony’s NX810 3DTV Now For Sale At $2,998 Complete With Full 1080p HD Resolution

Just last week we first told you about Sony‘s NX810 3DTV (techniccally known as the KDL46NX810). At the time we were pretty well versed in the specs of the forthcoming television but what we did not have for you were a price or release date.

Luckily, seemingly out of no where, Sony has put the NX810 3DTV up for sale today at $2,998. This TV will feature a 46-inch viewable display, Sony’s Edge-Lit LED backliting technology, 200Hz processing, a full 1080p HD resolution, built-in WiFi, an ambient light sensor and even support for widgets.

Unfortunately this is not an auto-stereoscopic display so you will still need a pair of active shutter 3D glasses to get down on the 3D madness.
