Splice Audio with Otto

Otto is not a being but rather a musical instrument which can reportedly splice audio sample beats manually. One of the first instruments to allow beat slicing, the Otto was designed by Luca De Rosso to give people a feel of how music feels right at the palm of their hands.

The Otto can improve the connection between action and sound while giving visual feedback through a pixel-like light display around the center of the circle.
