These new mobile HD devices are bound to gain attention, perhaps taking off where a crop of portable DVD players with screens took the market by storm some years back.

Panasonic’s DMP-B15 has made its industry debut at this week’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, and offers on-the-go movie lovers access to solid mobile HD capabilities thanks to a tempting 8.9-inch LCD screen that delivers 1080p performance and a resolution of 1024×600.
