Here is another potent portable media player that has its share of controversies. For one, confirmation has not been given and we have yet to see one in the flesh. This is with reference to the Ainol V9000HDX Megatron portable media player which is the latest PMP to come out with lots of great looking improvements.

This latest Ainol PMP version has a 4.8” 800×480 touch screen display and is capable of rendering 1080p video out, and the usual ports for display connections into something bigger like an HDTV. It also boasts of 16GB of storage, a FM tuner and a 2450mAh battery. No word on pricing and availability and this is what perhaps makes it a device in the hot seat (meaning if it is real or not).

Audio Technica unveils a great new noise cancelling headphone with the ATH-ANC7b Active headphones, incorporating improvements from the previous model released. This new pair offers better sound quality, comfort and convenience.

The earcups have been redesigned for greater comfort, feature generously cushioned padding and fit easily over any ear. In addition, the ATH-ANC7b is supplied with 1.6 m (5.2′) and 1.0 m (3.3′) detachable cables, and offers easier battery access.

The headphones fold for storage and come with two detachable cables, a 1/4-inch adapter, an airline adapter and a hard, durable carrying case.

A weakened economy and poor market conditions has not dampened the hopes of CD and DVD Duplicating company Precision Disc Manufacturing. Basing it on their first half reports, the management team is satisfied with the performance and can only look forward to improvements in the following months.

That’s really an over-simplification of what’s involved as every department in the company plays an important part, but at the end of the day such a strong team effort makes the hard work all the more gratifying.”

With a closely monitoring team making sure that they address needs and provide optimistic projections, it looks like the company is fully prepared for the worst given the current market conditions that the company finds itself in. Paired with their confidence on its ability and personnel, they may just pull it off despite market conditions which have severely affected businesses today.

If the video below is to be gauged, you may be surprised to note at how such a small device can project such resolutions. And since it is still a prototype, expect enhancements and improvements to come along the way. 2010 is still far off and anything can still be done to improve them.
