Amazon Video on Demand comes to Panasonic Blu-ray players

Today is the day that Panasonic will officially allow their 2009 Blu-ray players to access content featured on Amazon’s Video on Demand service.

This feature will be enabled via a firmware update for Blu-ray players such as the DMP-BD60, DMP-BD70V, DMP-BD80 and DMP-B15.

If you didn’t know, Amazon features over 40,000 commerical free offerings and over 1000 HD titles to choose from which you can now do from the comfort of your couch, given you have one of these players of course.
