Time Warner wants to sell you digital movies, too

We have iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, and many more offering you discount movie rentals but Time Warner apparently decided that wasn’t enough.

Recently announcing the Road Runner Video Store, Time Warner, along with Roadrunner and Bright House Networks, hope to snag some business from the big dogs. Pricing is as follows:

- Download-to-own title: $17.99
- Library Titles: $7.99-13.99
- Movie Rentals: $3.99
- TV Shows: $1.99 per episode

A little [read: a lot] competition in the market never hurt anybody, right? I mean with their 3,000+ movies and TV shows, someone is bound to buy into it.
