Toshiba Company has recently launched a thin-shaped DVD player with HDMI output of 1080p correspondence, named as SD-590 HD DVD Player. Equipped with the rise conversion function of DVD, it processes images at 14 bit/54 MHz and sound at 24 bit/192KHz. It supports DVD-R/RW, MP3/WMA file playback, DivX playback along with JPEG picture indication. Other than HDMI, it corresponds to other image output such as S image, RCA, etc. It comes with remote control as well as HDMI cable. The 1.41Kg Toshiba SD-590J HD DVD Player is reasonably priced at 13,800Yen.
