Touch-Interface Pico Projectors Coming Soon?
There’s a new rumor in town saying that Light Blue Optics is working on a totally new pico projector. While we have gotten used to small projectors already, we’re in for a bigger surprise. The next projector coming from Light Blue Optics will offer us a touch-interface. That’s right, you will be able to interact with it. The device will get you a WVGA or QVGA image at 10 lumens and it will use a “ultra-wide” throw angle and the ability to analyze optical aberrations. We don’t have any more details just yet so we will be waiting a while for all the details of such a hot projector concept.

This is an amazing idea. Soon I think we won’t even need to carry laptops any more. We will just have a small pico-projector sized cube that projects a multi-touch user interface onto any flat surface as required. Look forward to hearing more about this one!
