Universal Studios has finally done something that we have been waiting for a long while. The company has decided to improve our whole home entertainment experience by announcing its intention to launch Blu-ray / DVD flip discs in the future. That means that you’ll be able to play your future discs from Universal both on Blu-ray players and on DVD players. And the first flip discs that Universal will launch are Matt Damon’s Bourne trilogy. The three movies are going to be available in January 2010 and until then we have no pricing details for you. What do you say? Are you anxious to get one of those BD-59 discs with 50 Blu-ray / 9GB DVD configuration?
