Recently, ViewSonic unveiled its new CD4230 Commercial Display. Sporting a narrow bezel of 14mm, this new display has been designed to accompany ViewSonic’s open frame digital signage networked display and media players. It provides a great contrast ratio of 1500:1 and a superb brightness of 500 nits.

The new Viewsonic CD4230 Commercial Display features a legacy VGA port and a digital DVI video connectivity. It also incorporates a VESA mount compliant thin-frame. This 42” commercial display can facilitate DDC/CI communication between a PC and a monitor for remote control and management.

Viewsonic’s CD4230 Commercial Display delivers a fast 8ms video response for blur-free scrolling text and video. It is an ideal display for installations in public information applications. It can will be available in the market in the second quarter of 2009 at a price of $1,999.00.
