logo_vs.gifViewSonic(R) Corp. recently announced its new VA Series of LCD monitors at the National Education Computing Conference (NECC) 2007. VA1716w is a 17-inch model of the latest Series. It bears an aspect ratio of 4:3, 250 nits of brightness and 500:1 contrast ratio. This widescreen display supports multiple documents viewing and HD video content. Due to increase in viewing area on the widescreen it becomes easy to navigate between multiple windows and applications in less time and with greater ease. ViewSonic VA1716w LCD is Windows Vista(TM) Basic Certified. The elegant textured cabinet with thin-bezel design and a clean cable makes the new LCDs adorable. The latest LCD is available at an MSRP of $209.
