Virgin Media Continues to Expand PayTV Subscriber Base

Virgin Media has recently announced that the economic struggle that is currently plaguing the world isn’t exactly causing their subscriber base to shrink, in fact it’s doing the exact opposite.

Apparently, their subscriber base in Q3 has expanded by 37,800 consumers, bringing the total up to 3.58 million, none too shabby. Not only this, but they also revealed that their VOD (video-on-demand) service is expanding with 1.78 million users taking advantage of the service.

This is great news for the Virgin empire, now let’s just wait until the economy bounces back for all of us, then we can get excited.
