Xceive XC5000 silicon tuner equipped in a 7-inch TV

xc5000.jpgXceive, a well known company manufacturing hybrid silicon tuners for PC, TV and digital home, recently announced its “Breckenridge” reference design for world’s smallest high-definition TV (HDTV). The company is showing the tuner chip that is designed to get equipped in this smallest TV. Xceive XC5000 chip delivers best reception with small antenna, meets and exceeds A/74, Nordig 1.0.2 and OpenCable industry standards; lower electronic bill of materials (BOM); and ultra fast channel scanning capabilities. As far as the Television is concerned, it is reported that this 7-inch TV bears an aspect ratio of 16:9 and has a main board of 2.75 by 4.75 inches dimensions.
