Yamaha BD-S2900 Blu Ray Player

The latest Yamaha BD-S2900 Blu Ray Player may have an enormously proficient multimedia abilities and the competent HD, but it still fails to entice buyers. Even after dispensing a long list of functions and capabilities in the press release, all the praise worth no use.

As, it severely lacks some utilitarian functions-BD Live, Ethernet port and Gold -plated connectors. I am sure these reasons must be enough to keep your hands away from this outmoded machine. But in case, you want to have a better view of its inefficiency-it also lacks a quintessential way to decode TrueHD and Master audio.

Otherwise, if you have a compulsive loyalty towards the brand-take it for 1080p/24fps-compatible HDMI, 12-bit Deep Color, HD audio bitstream output, BONUSVIEW functions, Picture-in-Picture quality along with a key facility of custom installation features. The BD-S2900 Blu Ray Player is decently priced at $1199.95.
